Time with my Lord

This morning I spent alot of time with my Lord I have been so discouraged this week but I haven't been in the word like I should this morning I spent time in Proverbs I'm reading there because I need wisdom in my life. I have 3 pages of note on just on Proverbs1:1-6 I going to share with yall what I learned and need to do and a song that I think goes with my week. In Christ Lindsey
Pro 1:1 The proverbs of Solomon, son of David, king of Israel:
Pro 1:2 To know wisdom and instruction, to understand words of insight,
Pro 1:3 to receive instruction in wise dealing, in righteousness, justice, and equity;
Pro 1:4 to give prudence to the simple, knowledge and discretion to the youth--
Pro 1:5 Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance,
Pro 1:6 to understand a proverb and a saying, the words of the wise and their riddles.

I need to have intellect to know whats right and wrog to consider but to use the Bible what it says I need to receive instruction from that of good behavior the Bible.

Well I have some good news my boyfriend Dale is preaching this Sunday at church and it's his first time at this chruch. So just pray that he will speak truth from God and that God would use his sermon. I love you guys. In Christ- Lindsey

Genuine Faith

I have been reading 1 Peter and God has been teaching me about Genuine Faith and have faith in Him and trusting in Him and also I have been reading a little devotional book that is really good I also have been learning and reading a book call Love God with all your mind by J.P. Mooreland it is really good so this is what the Lord has been teaching me. In Christ- Lindsey

1Pe 1:7 Pure gold put in the fire comes out of it proved pure; genuine faith put through this suffering comes out proved genuine. When Jesus wraps this all up, it's your faith, not your gold, that God will have on display as evidence of his victory.
1Pe 1:8 You never saw him, yet you love him. You still don't see him, yet you trust him--with laughter and singing.

First day of Classes!

So today was my first day of class everything was going great until I got to christian worldview I'm going to have to be in great prayer for this class that God would give me wisdom and knowledge we had to take a test on the first day and I sall the test and I wanted to cry I didn't understand any of the questions but hey now I get to learn about the things that I didn't know but it amazes me that Jesus is an important part of history in all religions but anyways God will get me through this class I know it I trust and have faith that He will nothing is to big for my God. Hes enough for me anyways love you guys and I miss yall I hope to see you though not this weekend but the next IN CHRIST Lindsey

Give Praise to the Provider

Hey everyone I just wanted to say that I love God so much I had a bill that I could not afford and I was praying that God would provide the money for and today my devotion in a book was called give praise to the provider and was about how God always provides we I was pray all the way from the dorm to the place where I paid for the bill to talk to them and God provide the money it was taking care of when I walk into the office. God is gracious I just want to share that with yall I love each and every one of yall I'm praying for yall.

Wow praise God for a wonderful year! I had the best new years ever I went to an Jamacian family house and we prayed the new year in then we sang praises to God I praying that God would do much more this year and change some things in my life to help me sure him better. My dear Heavenly Daddy I love you so much. That You would even show so much love that You died a painful death for me Thank you so much I am helpless without You Daddy You created me You formed every little feature of me Thank you for being my King ,savior, Daddy, husband, friend, healer, and provider. I thankful that you always there I never have to wonder if Your listen or not because I know you listen you know every little detail of my problems and you work them out perfectly. Chronicles of Narnia

Wow! Disney did a great job on this movie I watch it this weekend and it was one of the best movies I have watch in a long time. I would suggest to anybody and exspecial to people with kids it's a good family movie. I also I have been reading in Song of Solomon it is a really great book it real comforting that God could love me as a husband could that our relationship is that intimate. I have enjoyed reading that book in the Bible.

I know it is short but i was just looking through the Bible and I found this verse it says

"Draw me after you and let us run together!The king has brought me into his chambers.""We will rejoice in you and be glad; We will extol your love more than wine. Rightly do they love you"

When I read this I was like Wow God That should be me prayer daily draw me after You also that I will rejoice and Your love for me is intoxicating I love this verse I know that its talking also about the bride of Christ but I see God showing me a prayer of me wanting to come closer to Him.

I'm done with me finals so that was a big load off my shoulders. Also I have gotten a job at a Christian preschool and I have to work during the Holidays I want be home until the Friday before christmas and christmas morning I'm spending christmas with Dale's family so I probably won't get to see yall but I love yall and Hope yall have a good holiday.

Just be in prayer for me finals are this week. So I will be in study and then I will be done with my first semester. I'm going to take a vacation after this week going to Mongomery Alabama for the weekend so just pray that I make it through finals.

Me and Dale at the peanut festival
I started a blog today I want to share a passage of scripture that I call my life passage it is Psalms 86 when i first read it God touch my heart. I also want to say that God has brought someone special in my life and his name is Dale he is a guy after God's heart. Before even coming to school I didn't want a relationship with the opposite sex but God had different plans I was praying what I wanted and I wasn't even looking. I even ask God to take it away but He didn't . Yes me and Dale are a couple. I just wanted to share what God's been doing in my life.
